HCKCHCKC / About
A club, not a rental track
HCKC, INC. does business as Hill Country Kart Club. Members run the place. Racing since the 1960s, current track since 1987.
Racing since the 1960s
The club and the original track started in the 1960s. The current track opened in 1987. The club has given annual awards since 1987. Drivers from the club have won IKF championships. The track is half a mile of textured concrete, with up to 10 turns and about two stories of elevation change. Three grandstands look over it.
Practice belongs to members. Race days are the dates posted on the schedule.
Kartoberfest
The week before Wurstfest
Kartoberfest is two days. In 2026 it is November 7–8, run with Texas Karting League as Das Wurst-Kartrennen. It is on the schedule as its own event.
